Q1. Please briefly introduce yourself. (Name, country, organization, position, etc.)
간단하게 소개 부탁 드립니다.
Laurent Bourgeois, FOT printing company (in France), we are specialized in printing catalogs and magazines for luxury brands.
프랑스의 인쇄회사 FOT를 운영하는 로랑 부르주아라고 합니다. FOT는 럭셔리 브랜드의 카탈로그와 잡지 인쇄를 전문적으로 다루는 회사입니다.

Q2. Youve come to Korea through the difficulty of a pandemic. Was the entry process difficult?
아직 팬데믹이 한창인 시점에 한국에 오셨는데, 입국과정이 많이 어려우셨는지요?
The administrative procedures were complicated, but Yu Bum helped us a lot, and if we managed to come to Korea its thanks to him (Thank you Yu Bum)
행정절차가 꽤 복잡하긴 했습니다. 하지만 팩컴 김유범 실장이 적극적으로 도와준 덕택에 결국 큰 문제 없이 한국에 들어올 수 있었습니다. 김 실장에게 개인적으로 고맙다고 말하고 싶군요.

Q3. What is the current project that requires your presence?
이번 방문 동안에는 어떤 프로젝트를 다루나요?
The printing of Louis Vuittons magazine for the copies destined for Asia
아시아에 배포될 루이비통의 잡지 인쇄에 필요한 현지작업을 위해 입국했습니다.

Q4. What is the most vital point of the ongoing project?
현 프로젝트에 있어 제일 중요하게 여기는 건 뭔가요?
Quality and meeting deadlines
최종제품의 인쇄품질과 일정 준수입니다.

Q5. There must be printing and binding companies closer to France. Was there a reason that you selected PACOM?
프랑스에 더 가까운 인쇄제본 회사가 분명히 있을텐데, 팩컴을 선택한 이유를 말씀해주실 수 있을까요?
we market the principle of printing where we deliver to reduce transportation time, we print in France the copies delivered in Europe, USA, Middle East, and we print with Pacom the copies delivered in Asia
저희는 운송시간을 최소화하기 위해 최종제품의 목적지역에서 인쇄하는 방식을 택합니다. 유럽, 미국, 중동에 배포될 제품은 프랑스에서, 아시아에 배포될 제품은 팩컴에서 인쇄하고 있습니다.

Q6. Is there a particular point of the bookmaking process that you feel is most important? Or a particular detail that you feel gets missed by many?
인쇄제본 과정에 있어 제일 중요하다고 생각하거나, 제일 간과하기 쉬운 항목이 뭐라고 생각하시나요?
the quantity, the respect of the colors validated on machine (the global quality)
인쇄물량과 기계에서 색상을 정확하게 구현해내는 과정이 사람들이 간과하기 쉬운 요소라고 생각이 됩니다.

Q7. How was the PACOM facility?
팩컴 시설에 대한 평가를 내리신다면요?
